ABSA refuses reversal in order to keep the money

On 29/11/2013 I wanted to transfer R2000 to my savings account. ABSA internet banking lists beneficiary adjacent payment reference.By mistake I chose a beneficiary FOR WHOM THE REFERENCE IS MY NAME. That evening I realized this. 30/11/2013 I went to The Grove. The receptionist said it's possible to reverse payment, then the electricity went out. I proceeded to Glenfair where Patricia Beukes assisted me. She did not know how so her colleague provided us with procedure to request reversal. She promised action. 2/12/2013 I went back to Glenfair, where Patricia hadnt done anything yet. My documents were still on her desk. She promised to call later and report, but never did! I then reported it to ABSA digital. 2days later they replied payment cant be reversed with some lame excuse. The beneficiary said he would take action upon his return from Europe. He has no objection to return the money, but since he hadnt used the account for 2 years, banking fees had run up and no funds were available after my deposit. This means that ABSA took my money in favour of their owed fees! I want my funds reversed ABSA. You cant take it for someone elses debt. You sicken me. I intend moving accounts
