I signed up for a a new samsung galaxy 3 through Altech Autopage's website, filled in the required information and got pass the online approval stage, filled in my delivery details. I then received an email confirmation of my order on Tue, Jun 4, 2013 at 4:39 PM. I not heard anything from Altech since and can see they have run a credit search on me and passed my details to an unknown cellular company which is unacceptable. Definitely will avoid using their website in the future.
Very disappointing customer journey.
