MONEY TRNSAFARED TO ANOTHER ACCOUNT

I am writing this complaint on behalf of my mother because she is illiterate, my mother opened a bank account for my cousin to save his forster grant with nedbank, my mother is his forster mother. when they went to do a withdrawal they were told to give notice becaused the money was fixed which they did. Now when they went to take the money they were told that that account was closed long time because the money matured and was transfared to an Absa bank account which belonged to my late grandma and unfortunateley my grandma's money at absa was used for her burial. What we are trying to find out is, who authorised that transfare because my mother nor my cousin brother signed anything to authorise that transfare. My mother tried to find this out with the bank who authorised the transfare but the bank is giving her the run around. we just want want to find out how does your money get moved from one bank to the other without your knowldge or your authority because now my mother has to pay my brother for the money she never used for her own benefit.
