UNAUTHORISED DEBITS

I hereby submit this report on behalf of my mother who is old in age. Each and every month an amount of R99 is deducted from her account by a NAED trasanction SS Direct? I called on Thursday spending whopping R50 withou help as to find out who exactly authorised Standard Bank to deduct money or their monthly account charges are now R150 per month? We seemed to be getting anywhere with the consultants as their answers are not adequate. Can Hello Peter assist before Standard Bark debits all the money saved in her account, please? Can all debits be cancelled as she does not owe anybody, and sadly she has never authorised any debit in her account and she will never as she is too afraid of these dibits and stop orders
