SICK AND TIRED OF RUNNING TO THE BRANCHES

I am utterly disgusted by Capitec and their branches. I am under debt review and it shows clearly on their system. I always have to go and dispute debit orders and still get charged fees, yet I personally delivered the 17.1 form from my debt counsellor personally to Capitec instructing them to stop the debit orders which by the way their consultants told me I have to bring a copy of everytime I lodge a dispute. In one incident I disputed and stopped the debit order, and it went off again a few hours later. What was the point? Now I have to go again to a branch to dispute 2 more which went off on Friday. How long will we play this game Capitec??? At my expense nogal? No I demand my fees back. And be glad I don't want my petrol money as well... MXM
