Disgusted!!!

On Friday 29 Nov I took all my documents in to be sent through for approval for a PERSONAL LOAN. I got pre-approved, 2nd time round, after wasting my time on a phone call and also getting pre-approved I had to sit through a whole application again after running around to get statements etc. I have the pre-paid card in my possession and I believed everything was fine only to be told my ID DOCUMENT is damaged, which is a load of. Simply because THE STICKER HOME AFFAIRS PUT THERE, I am now told that my ID is not acceptable. Also a load of, there is nothing wrong with my ID BOOK. I also work in the financial industry and I know these things. If the photo was lifting, or the pages were torn I would agree but in this case it is absolutely pathethic!!! I was even a previous customer of NEDBANK's. I have never had a problem with my ID book. Nomphilo was great but as for NEDBANK, I am utterly disgusted. I was then told that I need to go and reapply for my ID which will ONLY take 2 weeks. I applied for this personal loan for a reason!!! Get with the times please. MY ID BOOK IS NOT DAMAGED!!! I should know, I own it!!!
