Firstly I am always patient, polite and in a good mood. Unfortunately I can not say the same for lady that had to "assist" when collecting my credit card.
Day 1. I walk into Nedbank Business Southern Pen. I am next in line at the info desk to collect my card. When it is my turn I walk up to the desk and the lady behind the desk tells me she is not done yet. I am fine with that but how about a hello or good afternoon I will be with you in a minute Sir.
Then in order for me to receive my card I have to provide the bank with a utility bill. I offered a Telkom bill but unfortunately the bank does not accept bills that are sent to you via email. I am also informed by said lady that bills addressed to my wife will not do (she denies she ever told me this).
Day 2. I return and the same lady from my previous visit assist me and again she does not greet. I hand her the utility bill and am told it will not work be cause it is addressed to a trust. OK fine. The lady makes no effort of telling me what will work in this situation.
we call the manager from our office and she emails me a form that allows me to use a bill that is addressed to my wife.
Day 3. I receive my card.
