Framework has listed me as a bad payer on TPN. According to the National Credit Regulator consumers have the right
1. to be informed that the credit provider intends to report negative information
on you to a credit bureau before the credit provider actually reports you;
I have paid my rent every month since moving into a flat managed by Framework however they have recorded 6 non payments against me on TPN. I was never informed that they would be taking this step, probably because my account is paid fully paid up. I have informed them to rectify this matter however at the the moment I am listed as a bad payer according to TPN which will make it difficult for me to find another place. I am pretty sure that this is against the law and I am extremely unhappy about not only this situation but the level of bad service that I have received from this institution in general. Maggie Kisten really needs to improve her division and her own attitude towards clients.
