Outsurance wrote-off my car based on Incorrect information provided by thier Assessor and repairer of thier choice. I have provided insurer with evidence that Assessor provided them with wrong information and I therefore not accepting their ruling, but the insurer said they acknowledge Assessor"s errors and they will address him but my car still remain wrote off. I requested insurer a copy of quotation from thier repairer to compare with the quotaton I had obtained from the dealer as his parts are drastically marked up over 100%, they failed to provide me. Thier final word was they cannot fix my car, is either I take it or leave it. I did not agree with their terms as their Retail value does not correspond with assessor's report becuase what they gave me was lower than what assessor indicated as per Trans Union Dealer Guide on the report. They just called that my car is out of Insurance policy and now all the storage costs are against me. Reason why I did not took my car was assessor and repairer deliberatley damaged my car after towing and I had sent Insurer pictures of evidence but they don't even consider my evidence. Please assist me cause this is unfair ruling from my Insurer.
