At Last Excellent Service

After months of poor service received from the Wynberg Branch, I eventually received excellent service from the Parow Branch. I walked in there during my lunch break, someone received me immediately & placed me in the correct queue. When I explained that I had limited time, they handed me over to Michelle Abrahams (what a far outcry from the service received at Wynberg & from Tohiera Peterson). When Michelle realised my issue was going to take longer than anticipated (all because of poor service from Wynberg), she took down my contact details and said she will call me before the end of the day (which she did) & I agreed to come back at 9.00am the next morning. When I arrived at the bank the next morning at 9.00am, Michelle had everything ready for me & I walked out of there at 9.15am a satisfied customer. Well done Michelle & her team at Parow.
