I've been with standard bank ever since I opened an account which was probably about 12 years ago and recently I've been getting calls to change my account to a cheque account as its more beneficial to me. I was reluctant as I know there is a lot of admin in this, but Michelle Maggo at the Standard Bank Northgate branch has made this transition a really easy one. She went out of her way to make sure that everything was is order and took into consideration how I needed to be out of the bank within the hour since I go in my lunch break. She also updated my details without me having to ask which, to me, is going the extra mile. I want to thank Michelle and Standard Bank for making me proud to be a client of yours. Michelle definitely deserves a reward for her service!
