I called the bank (spoke to Anita) & enquired about all requirements for transfer of signatory & informed her when I was coming to the bank. 1stly she forgot (slipped her mind) to email me an affidavit form, 2ndly when we got to the bank we waited 45mins before we were attended to (she failed to inform Tohiera about our appointment. Since Tohiera was busy they handed us to someone who didn't have a clue as to what to do. Anita also failed to inform me that 2 trustees' signatures were required on the resolution form. Tohiera eventually appeared, no apology, sullen face and assisted us. We eventually left the bank at 11.00am after having arrived when the door of the bank had opened at 9.00am.
