I received excellent service from a special employee by the name of Michelle from the Customer Services Department at Edgars Gateway on Saturday, 30th November. My boyfriend had seen a pair of Puma takkies that could not be found on the shop floor, we were met by a friendly but busy lady by the name of Michelle who still greeted us with a smile on her face. She went out of her way to look instore for the item, she even searched two different stock rooms for the item before up placing an order with the Fashion Hotline. Two weeks later as promised the shoes arrived at the store.
The service I received from Michelle was extraordinary, she remained calm and very helpful even though numerous of people were lining up in the Customer Services Department. She assisted numerous of people with a smile on her face.
Well done to Michelle, your effort to help customers does go a long way!
