WATER OFF A DUCKS BACK

I complained about disgusting service received at the Wynberg branch of FNB on the 11th June 2013.
23days later and several phone calls & emails as well as communication with the branch manager, John, my matter still has not been resolved as a result of continuous tardiness & poor service delivery by the staff of the Wynberg branch of FNB, the person I have been dealing with is Tohiera Pietersen.
