In May 2013 I bought a canon 3 in 1 printer from Game 4Ways. all was fine until my printer decided to pack up! i took the printer back to game (Cradlestone) in November when it gave up the go. i was told that if the printer was not fixed within 21 days i would get a new 1. on the 29th of December they phoned to say it was ready. i went to fetch it on the 30th of December 2013. after getting back from holiday wanting to print photos and things, i opened the BRAND NEW printer only to have no cable to connect to the pc (not a wireless device as Game would not exchange it for us as it came back from canon) and NO ink cartridges included in the printer! my previous one i bought had both the cable and ink included which i only got to use 3 times! this whole "saga"has ended up costing me more money than what the printer is actually worth! i am of running between shops costing me petrol and of being on the phone being placed on hold ALSO costing me money! i DO NOT live in town that the shops are just down the road from me!
