Bad Service from Call Center and to Clients

I have a Dream maker investment of 5years which i opened at Rosebank in June 2008 of which a sum of R250.00 was debited from my account everymonth. I never received any communication from Nedbank or even a letter stating when my investment will mature.
Last year i made a point to go to Fourways branch to change my surname and to find out when does it mature -which i was told it will mature on 01/06/2013. I submitted Marriage, proof of residential address together with my new ID for them to change my surname.
On the 4th June i went to Bryanston branch to apply for the full withdrawal of the investment amount and i was told that the money will be deposited into my account within 10 working days. Today (20/06/ 2013), i phoned call center to find out about the money which i was supposed to receive on 19/06/2013, i spoke to a lady her name - Zama Dlamini of which i found her extremely rude to me and she told me that my application is still in the queue for payments and that i still again need to submit marriage certificate together with my ID thats got Nedbank stamp for my claim to be considered as they still got my old details. My question is How does their system work??? This is bad!!!
