Totall discusted with FNB service, i have up dated my physical details more than once yet there system still reflects an address iv have not lived in in year.
what monkey businiess is going on???
i now have 3 complaints
1. why can you not update my details correctly and save them???
2. i have a signed agreement with you for a load to debit on last day of month. this month im getting paid on 20th dec, yet you wanna debit my account on 13th!!! will you be paying for he bouning of this??? im sure as will not!!!
3. been requesting an over draft on my acc for a while with no feedback - yet other banks are willing to assist me and more - i find this funny as iv been with fnb for years and the other banks hardly know me and they bend backwards and then some.
seriously - save your money on advertising and re train your staff. stop trying to push for new customers when you can even look after your existing customers.
