Standard Bank leading the way!

I recently decided to look for a better deal on my insurance. I went onto [URL Removed] and submitted my vehicle's details. The website gave me a number of quotes including one from Standard Bank.

I clicked on the Standard Bank quote and asked to be contacted. I was contacted by Doreen who was very friendly and took me through the process. At the end she confirmed my premium (which was significantly lower than my old insurance!). She forwarded me the documentation which included a cover confirmation and policy schedule. I noticed that there was a slight discrepancy between the two documents and notified them of the issue. The confirmed amount and my policy schedule lined up so I was not too concerned but notified them anyway.

Doreen and Shane handled my query extremely well!! They listened and answered all the questions I had and also explained the difference in the two documents. Not only did they do this but they have also loaded a credit for the difference between the two documents!!

The credit is not nearly as important as the time and effort that went into listening, answering my questions and taking the time to understand the client.
