Am highly annoyed client of FNB at the moment. I believe we save our money at banks for protection now that our money is no longer safe am just wondering if we still need banks. I have a cheque account with FNB which is totally not secured as unknown companies debit from my account without my permission, whats puzzling me one of the account was not on my name but the account number was on my name but still money went out. I have called FNB regarding this unfortunately i could not get satisfying solution consultant tried all his bad but i still could not recover all my money. Now i have to spend MY TIME, MY MONEY AND MY ENERGY trying to search for all this unknown companies deducting from my account, some are no longer existing others provided with false numbers, is there any way FNB can protect our account from this. I have tried to stop few of them but others we failed to stop them am sick and tired of this and i feel it will only be fair if the Bank take cars of their clients accordingly.
