Ripping customers off! Passing the bucket

I requested my debit order for by bond with Nedbank to be split into two equal installments, if not possible I requested it to be paid manually.

After a week I just received an sms declinining the request with no explanation or reason.

When phoning the contact centre I spoke to FIVE different people before being actually helped.

They refuse to split my debit order as it will be seen as an additional payment and obviously less money for them as there is interest that can be saved.

This is bordering as Nedbank refuse to let a customer save on interest and they obviously want to milk every little cent from their customers. They would rather let customers default on their payment than to assist them to pay less interest! Shocking!!

After speaking to 5 different people still nobody can advise the reason for this or where does this apprear in the Terms & Condistions or contract.

I have already confirmed with two different banks, ABSA and Standard Bank that they will do this with pleasure as both banks clearly stated that the customers best interest is a priority!
