Poor service, fake promises

Processed an insurance claim for my cellphone on friday the 1st. Phoned them a few days later to find out the status of the claim. Was told that someone in the cellphone dept will give me a call back. Have been waiting ever since. So called once again and have been waiting with no response from anyone regarding the status.
