I lodge a claim with ABSA insurance on the 18/11/2013 and received a claim number and was told that a consultant will call me to advise me a way forward, to date and after numerous calls to both supervisors and the call centre, where I am sure that no one works, as no one ever answers the call, or maybe they are so incompetent that it takes them forever to resolve an issue, I still am waiting for feedback.
It will be appreciated if someone from the Pretoria branch, could take the time from their busy schedule and get back to me, their client.
