On the morning of 28th January @07.33 My wife and daughter had been waiting for the People Mover bus service, the Ushaka bus had arrived and when my daughter got in with my wife and was to pay the driver had become so rude and forced them out because they had a R100.00 note to pay,
The driver had been so rude and with the embarrassment my wife and daughter were left to stand out while the bus left, getting my daughter late for school and a mother distressed.
Many other women travel and I am really sad that drivers can be so RUDE and force PAYING passengers out due the fact that we have a R100.00 note and our purchase is R19.00 for the morning.
It has now put me in such fear that I would pref to travel with the TAXI as they accommodate passengers and have value for passengers who pay. PEOPLE MOVERS HAVE REALLY UPSET MY FAMILY AND TRAUMATISED MY DAUGHTER WHO IS 8 YEARS OLD.

The bus company has no sign stating we don't carry change!!!
