STILL NO RESPONSE...
My mother visited Sun City on the 2nd Jan [email protected].
On trying to catch the internal bus service between the Entertainment centre and the Main hotel the bus driver closed the doors on my mother as she was entering the bus. The doors continued to close on her body as she was jammed and it took the driver a while to respond to the screams from my mother and all the passengers on the bus. The bus driver then opened the doors and released my mother. Her arms were crushed and with the severe pain it caused her high blood pressure to rise dangerously. At no stage did the bus driver even ask if my mother was ok. On her exit of the bus at the hotel she took the details down of the bus, Reg. No. HWP698NW . My mother logged a complaint at the hotel and was attended to by Peter of the complaints department as well as the medical personnel.
The concern that we have is that this could have been a child squashed and potentially killed due to negligence. Must this happen again before something is done about this incident. No one gave any feedback as to the actions that would be taken against the bus driver.
