Poor Handling of Claims

I call the claims department every now and then, they put me on hold and tell me the manager will call me shortly. I do not believe that he/she would be busy to attend a claim that was made three months ago... I have been waiting for a payment for 15 days as told by Andre... Can't blame the man, he did his part, but whoever is handling the payments is NOT DOING HIS JOB!!! What kind of operations are you running people?! As per agreed, the money should in my account as we speak... But guess what?! Its not... Thought Outsurance was good as they claimed to be...
