My friend who is with Outsurance recently reversed into my car. I phoned the 3rd party claims office to organise that my car get fixed. It has now been 3 weeks & not a word! I have phoned only to be told the guy who is handling my claim is "not in today"! He never seems to be in! I leave a message & someone else phones me back only to tell me that it "looks like my claim is in process" and that the claim amount is much less than my quotes - Outsurance's assessment centre told me my quotes were very reasonable & that even they could not fix my car for that amount! I am told it's better to speak to the original guy that's handling my claim. Today I phone again & the receptionist tells me he is still not in and will "maybe" be in on Monday! In the meantime my car is damaged & there is absolutely no sense of urgency from Outsurance! She tells me I can leave a message! I tell her I have already left a message quite a few times, so she says "Oooookkkkkaaaaayyyy" in a singsong patronising voice! If this is how Outsurance handles their 3rd party clients, then I am very glad I am not a client! I would think they would look at this as an opportunity to gain a client! Your adverts are!
