Over the last few days I have put in 2 separate claims with outsurance, one for a stove and the other for a Geyser. Both claims according to the consultant were rejected.
They send out the incorrect people to do the inspections and then try and get out of paying the claim.
Today I was advised that my claim for the Geyser was rejected due o the fact that the address was not the same as the one on their file.
when you call in to speak to a manager they are always in a meeting or no at their desk, this is why nothing gets done because there is no one around
Totally bad service and I thought I was doing the right thing when I moved my policies to them. I currently pay the R8000.00 per month for policies and this is disgusting service
