I am at Outsurance for 17 years. Only claim one s for minor . when my bakkie was on the 8 of s
September 1012 I thought no problem I am with Outsurance. 2 weeks before the when I was contacted there calle center I was said that my insurance is fine! On a technical point my claim was rejected. The satellite tracing devise was connected 55 min after I discovered the bakkie was. No pay out at all. Just a cold email. REJECTION of claim.
Why do I complain now? The bakkie s engine was found. Although Outsurance now about it they don't care to let me know about the recovery.
And this ad on tv of people bending bacwords makes me sic
All my hope is on the ombudsman.
Please be warned out there . they only want your money.
Outsurance may be cheaper But by not paying for claims they ar the Most expensive of all
