Delay on my claim

I had an accident on November 2012 with my Ford Focus 1.6. I claimed from Outsurance and spoke to Mr. Khan. In January 2013 i called Outsurance to ask how far is the process on my car since no one is calling me to inform me. Mr. Khan promised me that he will find out and come back to me but he never did. I called again late January 2013 to complain about the bad and careless service Mr. khan is giving me but i neva got to speak to the manager at the claims department even after leaving him messeges.

I went to the benal beater i mid February 2013 and found that there is an additional claim that the benal beater requested for approval but Outsurance is not responding. I again called Mr. khan at the claims department but again he made empty promises of follow up and not coming back to me. Since then i still do not have my car and still trying to get hold of the manager at Outsurance claims department. Mr. Ernest (manager) still was not informed about my situation and i'm still not answered on when will i get my car.
