On the 3rd of November someone reversed into my parked car. This person is insured with Indwe/Orico. I decided not to claim from my insurance (Outsurance) because I didn't want to loos my outbonus. So I decided to not involve Outsurance but claim directly from Indwe. After the claim was registered the 4 of November without any feedback I finally got Innocent Phala of Santam Legal branch to pull my case and process it further. On the 14th of November I was transferred to Thulani Mbuyisa who said he would get back to me withing 7 working days. So from the 25 I have tried at least 4 times a day to get in contact with them, but no one is picking up. Now one is getting back to me. I am driving around with a smashed up car, which wasn't even my fault.
When I normally claim from Outsurance, I have my goods replaced within three days.
Can someone PLEASE HELP ME. This is ridiculous.
