I have made payments to Vericred for my Game account on the 15 August 2013, and up until today I am still waiting for the paid up letter that I need to forward to game, I have been calling the constantly requesting the letter and I have been advised that the letter will be send to my email address, but no they don't send the letter, On the 29th August 2013 I sent an email to [Email Removed] requesting the letter, outlook showed that she read the message but she didn't even bother to send the letter, I guess now that they found their money the simply to care...
