UNSATISFACTORY SERVICE

I applied for a loan with Old Mutual Finance & was assisted by Leon Solomon. I was asked for numerous documentation, each time i supplied the requested documents, and each time i had to call to ensure that Leon received my documents he did not even bother to call and confirm receipt, it took 4 days to get my loan approved & was informed that the contract was emailed to me. i gave Leon 3 different email addresses but up until today i have not received any contract nor has he called me to follow up as to whether i received the contract. i emailed shanay watson, the manager to complain & cancel the application, up until today i have not recieved any response/apology, no papework to confirm cancellation.im very disappointed with how my application was handled, with nor care nor respect.
