We received a delivery via Time freight early January 2013 consisting of 2 boxes. One of the boxes was taped with Time Freight Tape and the second box was open in such a way that stock could be taken out, without opening the box. I pointed it out to the driver, opened both boxes and counted the stock in the presence of the delivery man. There was 2 AA grade Nguni Hides short.
I filed a claim with the George Branch and supplied all the documentation requested, which was collected by the Time Freight driver on 10 January 2013.
On 28/01/2013 I inquired and was told that George has done there part and that the documents were sent to Leon at Port Elizabeth.
On 13/02 2013 I inquired with Leon and he said that he sent the docs to Head Office.
19.02.2013 I again inquired with Leon, he said I could phone Debbie at Head Office.
19/02/2013 I inquired with Debbie, she said that she only had the endorsed way bill.
20/02/2013 Leon phoned and said everything was not yet sent to Head Office, it will be done.
8/03/2013 I inquired with Leon, he said it is in the hands of Head Office.
13/03/2013 I inquired with Debbie and the same documents were still outstanding, she would phone me back i 2 days?
