I AM STUCK ON THE N1 HIGHWAY AND I CALL THE DIAL DIRECT CALL CENTER FOR A TOW TRUCK AND ALL THE AGENTS DO IS TRANSFER ME TO THE NEXT ONE I SPENT A CONSIDERABLE AMOUNT OF TIME ON MY CELL PHONE AND EVEN RAN OUT OF AIRTIME HOLDING. I ASKED ONE OF THE CONSULTANTS TO CALL ME BACK AND ALL I GOT WAS A 'PLEASE HOLD ON FOR THE RELEVANT DEPT'
