Good morning,
I had a geyser damaged by lightning in late december, i reported it to SIB and asked that it be sorted urgently as the geyser would be in use very soon. they send through an plumber who says he cant do anyhting until the electrician checks the wires, . the electrician comes through 3 days later to say that he cannot get to the wires. They both leave it as is. Not one phone call from SIB to give feedback since- its almost a month later. after 5 days i call my own supplier who does the job in a day, i now have to send report after report to get my refund. I leave message again for the call centre yesterday (who are all in a meeting so no one can even check the status!!!) still no feedback or refund.
I should have changed the insurance when i had the chance.
