Insurance Policy

On 30 January 2013 I called MiWay Insurance to enquire about my policy and Mr Motheo was the one who answered my call. I explain my reasons for the call and he was listening attentive advicing and providing feedback to me. I was knocking off and decided to end the call, due my limited time. He promised to call me the following day, 31 January 2013 08h00 and indeed he called. He explained everything to me properly and given me the chance to use questions. He was very helpful. He even promised to deliver my hard documents at my house, because while he was assisting he learn that we are staying at the same area. He went beyond the limit to assist me.
