INCOMPETENCY AND CONSTING A CLIENT

I called them on the 06/08/13 as we do have tenants at Goudsnip Birch Acres Kempton Park and our Geyser is over heating and they once replaced it BUT THERE IS A LARGE AMOUNT OF WATER COMING OUT WITH THE GEYSER BREATHER AND IM TALKING ABOUT HOT BOILING WATER, the plumber came on the 07/08/13 and said the fault needs an electrician we understood and waited as they promised to sent him on the 13/08/13 of which they came and guess what??? ELECTRICIAN told me that the fault needs a plumber WHO ON EARTH IS FOOLING WHO BETWEEN THE AGENT, PLUMBER AND ELECTRICIAN... SO THIS IS SO IRRITATING CAUSE WE PAID THE SERVICE FEE BUT STILL NO SERVICE... WHAT WILL HAPPEN IF THE GEYSER BURST WE CARRYING PEOPLES LIVES IN THAT BOND AND I CANNOT LOOK FOR A PRIVATE PLUMBER OR TECHNICIAN WHEREAS IM PAYING MY INSURANCE... THE ABSA HEAD OFFICE CONSULTANT BY THE NAME OF MPHO SIKHOSANA WITH HER STINKING ATTITUDE IM JUST WONDERING HOW DID SHE GET HIRED SHE IS SO INCOMPETENT JERRRRR... WE JUST NEED TO BE SORTED OUT THATS ALL!!!
