Bad service from Nedbank Insurance

I reported a leaking geyser with Nedbank in February 2013, the geyser was replaced same day, but same day the geyser did not have hot water, reported back to the back to the Bank insurance division and their plumbers. After numerous telephone calls eventually someone from their plumbing company came and we were told that we needed electrician and they will report back to the insurance, i called Nedbank Insurance myself and was told someone would contact me that was in February 2013, someone contacted me for the insurance and told me about additional excess and i called the bank immediately wanting to know why was the additional excess charged and i was told someone would contact me, a month later someone never contacted me from Nedbank. We got the electrician ourselves and he sorted out the problem. Now on Monday 11 March 2013, just less than a month after the geyser was installed (NED13115949), the same geyser is leaking from Monday, and it was reported Monday morning, and today it is Friday have not heard from them, called them this morning, i was told that someone will call me when I asked when? the call center agent with a bad attitude told me he could not give me the time.
