My wife called me Friday morning to inform me there is water running down the bathroom walls, I called standard bank who assigned a plumber. The plumber looked at the geyser and informed my wife the geyser does not need replacement, we need to contact "home assist", who sent out a plumber, he wrote a report that my geyser is not "compliant ", stopped the leak and disconnected the geyser .standard bank now informs me that I must pay the plumber to fix my geyser (to get it "compliant "Can someone please remind me why I have insurance? Ta Ta Standard bank. I think it's time for a change
