Goodmorning..I have a loan with african bank which i took last year and been paying it very well. My enquiry is that 2 deductions went out to african in the same month and when i called the call centre and accounts dep they told me i cant get refund cos the dec payment was not deducted, which i wasnt aware of..can someone please call me urgently in regards of this matter cos i need a refund... thanks
