I have been trying to make payment arrangement with for a Capitec account, I spoke to Ester, Nora, Nadene, Carla. I was asking to make extra payment arrangement as the Garnishee on my salary will take forever to repay and I will be changing companies next month. I have called Capitec several times before and they promised to call me back (so that they can give me the contact details of their collectors) but I never received any info. I only found out after there was a garnishee on my salary which is 2 moths old. from our payroll I was able to trace the company and I tried to explain my situation to all the people mentioned above only to be told that I need to settle the account or continue with the Garnishee... I am not in a position to settle the account now but I wanted to arrange extra payments with could settle the account in 6 months but they refused. I dont know what to do now as my new employer want me to produce proof that I have made arrangements and if it does not happen then I wont get the job and will automatically be unemployed.
it is important to note that I am not trying to cancel the Garnishee order but need to settle the account faster than the current situatio
