Coombe and Associates has sent out a garnish order on my name for something I have paid over a year ago.
On the 6th of November 2012 I was asked to send payment confirmation so they can clear my name yet it took them almost a month to send my employer a letter not to proceed with the "false garnish", infact I had to intervene with their client to confirm that I have paid what was due since they had claimed that the delay was with the client and seemingly wasn't because it took a mere minute for the client to confirm payment and did not understand why Coombe had gotten a garnish issued out.. I was to complain about the matter but decided to let go. But in the new year, yesterday, 21 January 2013, to my surprise Coombe & Associate's agent re-issued the same garnish to my employer??? I am pregnant and definitely do not need this kind of stress non whatsover, I am not using my pregnancy as an excuse but this is so absurdly frustrating and I definitely do not want to be stressed out by some incompetency people who obviously don't care the impact they unnecessarily bring. If I have to get an attorney for my baby'sake I certainly will as I cannot deal with this
