We received a garnishing order for Mr. SR Mazibuko ID 7308065691081. Your ref: C01-126201181 case no 8399/13. Mr. Mazibuko disclaims this debt and at no time was he called to find out what he owes this for. You cannot just garnish his salary for this enormous amount when he gets paid weekly and does not earn enough to pay this.
On top of it all you have been deducting without permission from his bank account whenever you feel like it.
I have tried many times to contact you and cannot get through to anyone. I have sent about 6 emails and only once i got a reply that you would contact me within 3 working days. That was about 2 weeks ago. Maravedi as far as we are concerned does not exist. As they too do not have any contact details of them and they just have an answering machine on their line but no-one to talk to.
this is outrageous and we demand some sort of explanation regarding this.
i see that we are not the first people to complain about Coomb & Associates Inc.
