I have received no notification of a premium increase
This was a problem that occurred in 2012 as well. I raised this issue and received an official letter from Outsurance apologizing.
This had failed to be rectified and presents itself again in 2013.
I called the call centre and spoke to a lady who promised feedback. Its now nearly a month later, and I have received no call or email or apology.
Sad, being a customer for over 3 years now. And disappointing, and against my authorization to debit an amount without notifying me.
