Good day. On the 6th of August I received a letter from ABSA insurance noting a premium increase of 6% on my Houseowner's policy. The next day I contacted your call centre and spoke to Tshivi Moiloa. I asked her to decrease the insured property amount and she told me I would need to send an email to [Email Removed] as confirmation (which I did on the 7th of August). 2 weeks later I contacted your call centre to confirm that this had been actioned and the lady I spoke to confirmed that the amount had been lowered and my premium would not be increased. However my bond installment has just come off with the increased amount. I would this to be rectified and to be refunded the difference immediately please.
