On the 27th nov 13 i visited this branch and was dissappointed that they were offline but when the lady at the teller acknowledged me and asked to try later i felt better, i was worried about not being able to do the deposit but the reception from her changed my experience, i came back later and was assisted quickly. Thank you Tumi and keep it up.wish other staff could learn from you.
