Bad Service at Lenasia Branch

I waited 50 minutes to make a deposit

FNB had 3 tellers and 50 clients waiting in the queue

When I got to do my deposit, I asked the lady to give me back my change in R10 notes
She refused
I had to call the supervisor to them.
I asked the supervisor why they have so few teller - he said the bank was reducing staff - so the public must suffer

MR STEVE - PLEASE HELP AND TRAIN YOUR STAFF
