On the 02/09/2013 I called Builders Warehouse Tygerberg and explained to the branch manager Johan that during the corse of the night my shower panel which was installed about 4mnths ago shattered. He said he will look into the matter and call me back. Later that day Josey the sales manager called, I was told he will investigate and liaise with the suppliers Prima Bella. On the 03/09/2013 Steven called to let me know he has mailed Pieter @ Prima Bella who will contact me and send out a rep within 24hrs to investigate the matter. Not hearing anything from Prima Bella I called Pieter who had no knowledge of the incident and gave his office number. I called Builders but Mark and Josey wasn't available I eventually got hold of Mr Van Der Heuwel who assured me he will sort out the matter. Not long after that Dorothy called to ask if I was interested in BUYING a new shower I of course fumed. 192hrs later not Builders or Prima Bella has called or sent out a rep, they all however told me that the product is not guaranteed if not installed by a preferred installer. Neither party is willing to take responsibility for the poor product quality, instead they shifting blame. PATHETIC SERVICE!
