Discretionary Replacement of Expensive Doll

I bought an expensive doll for my daughter a few months back. Recently the doll's leg broke off, by which time I no longer had the original purchase documentation. I contacted Leanne Lombard at Prima Toys and explained the situation which was obviously very sad for my daughter. Without hesitation Prima Toys agreed to replace the doll even though I no longer had the proof of purchase.

I am most impressed with this attitude and service and will never hesitate to purchase a Prima Toy product in future. Well done! We are most thankful.
