More than three weeks after my accident; do not even know if my vehicle will be repaired or written off. Send e-mails daily, phone and leave messages but no response at all. Brenda Bunting supposed to assist me but I doubt if she is working there. Visited Club Motors ARC, they have done their final assessment last week. Sounds like SIAS may be the problem here but it is not my problem, I am an Outsurance client and so far the service and especially the lack of feedback is extremely disappointing. My 30 day car rental expires on Tuesday next week but Outsurance is not in a hurry, not even to make a decision.
